Your Responsibilities
What to expect in detail:
- Consulting & Implementation: Leading the rollout and configuration of Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Compensation).
- Process Design: Analyzing and designing end-to-end processes in the areas of Performance, Talent, and Development.
- System Configuration: Professional customizing and system setup within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Integration: Ensuring seamless module integration with Employee Central and other HR systems.
- Workshops & Training: Conducting workshops, Fit-to-Standard analyses, and training sessions for Key Users.
- Project Lifecycle: Providing expert support during rollouts, releases, and optimization projects.
- Leadership: Optional opportunity to take on (sub-)project management responsibilities.
Your Profile
- Education: Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: At least 5 years of project experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules.
- Module Expertise: Solid knowledge of at least two of the following: Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, or Compensation.
- Certification: SAP HCM SuccessFactors certification in at least one Talent module.
- Architecture: Experience with hybrid architectures (SAP HCM On-Premise + SF Cloud).
- HR Knowledge: A deep understanding of HR processes and structures.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
- Languages: Very good command of both German and English.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, Work Zone, or Integration Suite.
- Project experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, energy, public administration).
