Location Frankfurt am Main / Remote

Your Responsibilities

Specifically, you can expect to:

  • Provide consulting and implementation for Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Compensation).
  • Analyze and design end-to-end processes in the areas of Performance, Talent, and Development.
  • Handle customizing and system configuration within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Integrate modules with Employee Central and other HR systems.
  • Conduct workshops, fit-to-standard analyses, and key-user training sessions.
  • Support rollouts, releases, and optimization projects.
  • Optional: Take on sub-project or project management responsibilities.

Your Profile

  • A successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of project experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following modules: Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, Compensation.
  • SAP HCM SuccessFactors certification in at least one Talent module.
  • Experience with hybrid architectures (SAP HCM On-Premise + SF Cloud).
  • A solid understanding of HR processes and structures.
  • Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Very good command of both German and English.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, Work Zone, or Integration Suite.
  • Project experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, energy, public administration).
