Digitale HR Transformation mit SAP SuccessFactors und SAP BTP

Project content and objective

As part of a group-wide HR digitalization strategy, a modern, cloud-based HR platform was implemented. The aim of the project was to completely standardize and end-to-end digitalize all HR processes and to create an integrated HR ecosystem with a uniform user experience. At the heart of the project was the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors as a central cloud solution with the modules Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation. At the same time, a scalable integration architecture was set up to seamlessly connect SAP ERP HCM, external recruiting systems, a digital personnel file, and an external learning platform. A company-wide employee portal now bundles over 220 HR and non-SAP self-service processes in a uniform interface for employees, managers, and the works council. High requirements for IT security, data protection, and governance were consistently taken into account. The result is a future-proof, cloud-based HR ecosystem with automated processes, a consistent database, and significantly increased user satisfaction.
