Post Merger Integration dezentrale IT-Infrastruktur (Arbeitsplatz)
Program objective and key data
Integration of a credit institution (>15,000 employees) into a banking group. The objective of the IT integration included the medium-term creation of a shared IT workstation in the area of decentralized infrastructure, combining mail, file, and unified communications solutions (e.g., videoconferencing).
Even during the implementation of the future target structures, it was necessary to ensure immediate operational capability by developing interim solutions for cross-company collaboration. This included, among other things, setting up interim processes against the backdrop of merged teams and shared locations and applications.
