Objectives

Definition of design criteria for a future-proof business model for the IT infrastructure divisions, including:

  • Compatible IT Service Management (ITSM) functions.
  • Conceptual design of operating model options.
  • Creation of transition and communication plans.
  • Analysis and development of necessary personnel transfers.

The core objective was the conceptualization of potential service provider model options within the IT infrastructure domain for the bank's internal IT subsidiary, as well as identifying corresponding synergy potentials of the potential target organizations for the bank.
