Project Content and Objectives
- Infrastructure separation: Primarily involving networks, physical hardware assets in data centers, and the establishment of separate IT operations.
- Creation of a standalone IT workplace: Including the separation of Mail & File systems and the setup of independent workplace environments (HW & SW).
- Separation of the shared application landscape: Development of independent solutions for departments including Sales, Risk, Finance, Legal, Audit & Compliance.
- Dissolution of mutual service and contractual relationships: Including vendor contracts and software licensing.
- Separation of joint test management: Establishment of dedicated testing tools and test management processes.
- Separation of mutual access: Including tools, permissions, and identity management.

- Setup of the project portfolio and overall planning across all project dimensions.
- Definition of steering and reporting instruments in alignment with Group-wide requirements and available tools.
- Ongoing progress, budget, and resource management.
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of steering committees across all stakeholder hierarchies.
- Central point of contact for audits conducted by internal and external auditors, as well as managing communication with regulatory authorities (BaFin).
- Leadership of task forces for critical issues and problem resolution.
