  • Creation of a standalone IT workplace: Including the separation of Mail & File systems and the setup of independent workplace environments (HW & SW).
  • Separation of the shared application landscape: Development of independent solutions for departments including Sales, Risk, Finance, Legal, Audit & Compliance.
  • Dissolution of mutual service and contractual relationships: Including vendor contracts and software licensing.
  • Separation of joint test management: Establishment of dedicated testing tools and test management processes.
  • Separation of mutual access: Including tools, permissions, and identity management.
